      Internal clinician team great, other staff members depend

      -Collaborative among clinicians. Direct clinical administration is great to work with. Inmates/clients love to see you and you truly feel a deep sense of purpose working everyday

      Cons

      -Officers can be hard to work with. Some understand your role as a clinician is important to inmates, others are just annoyed you want to help and take up their time to ask to see inmates.
