      Benefits are alright, good pay if you have a roommate or someone to split rent with if you want to live in the area you work

      Cons

      Horrible leadership and workplace environment. Mandated to work 56+ hours a week. Bad communication. Most problems due to bad leadership and toxic work environments. Bad practices and horrible environment is forcing the few people who do care about their job out of the department
