Pros

Not that i felt any in my time .

Cons

The founders have no vision. During my time and interaction with them , I could sense that they started the company by fluke . They were heaily dependent on one client , and when it left the company went into crisis mode. The founders are not tech savvy (MBA backgrounds) and not fit to lead a analytics startup .

Pathetic Company to work for

Pros

They paint a rosy picture of last mile delivery, 50% growth YOY, GenAI organization etc, but it is good only for freshers to learn and execute few small 2-3 months project within a year and move on. Nothing to contribute for seniors to build capability and show differentiation in market. They are moving towards low growth and 100% billability for every employee to give dividend and exit to their investors, which leaves employees just as head count and few leaders track only billing and utilization only. They have good customers but not earned by their sales team. Also Tredence is not working on any critical and challenging problems for their customers...just some basic Dashboards, Analysis and migration work. They do create challenges for their technical employees by creating un-necessary pressure and ask them to complete 8 months of work in 2 months. Managers and leaders are incapable of providing any help to the team. They do provide lunch (targeting bachelors/freshers), earned, sick and casual leaves. Also training and certification facility is good. So if you join this company, exploit it.

Cons

Fickle minded co-founders (NRIs). No interaction of employees with leaders and HR. Frequent change of goals for seniors. Recently they started forcing employees to resign and doing mass lay off, even senior leaders. Hope they achieve what they are planning for, otherwise they need to sack new leaders too by next year. Long working hours, multiple and short projects (2-3 months) and no support from delivery managers is very common. It's a chaos everywhere and they force engineers to learn and deliver in 2 weeks. Billing is supreme importance and for that they push employees to deliver out of your skill. They are spoiling careers of senior technical employees for billing.
