Pros

I will put it in few simple pointers - 1. Most friendly office environment I have seen. I mean who doesn't want to play a quick game of fooseball or want to beat his rival in FIFA 15 on PS4 or want to spend some Friday evenings playing cricket or mafia with larger group! 2. Flat Hierarchy - The day I joined I started working with one of the senior managers and was surprised to find senior manager doing as much hands on as a BA. Apart from that I found him absolutely chill and supportive in every aspect 3. Really good projects - I have had experience in another similar firm of around 2 years but never worked on the level of projects I am dealing with here. In little more than 1 year of experience, I have worked/solved some really complicated problems 4. Since the organisation is approx 100 members only, smallest/weakest of my opinion has never gone unheard whether it is about pitching some idea to a client or planning out new reimbursements schemes or even as small as naming the meeting rooms. The actual feel of working in a start up with absolute sense of responsibility is what I like the most here 5. Onsite Opportunity - If this is what excites one, you should give this place a try. All you need to do is perform and prove yourself and no 'politics' would ever stop you from getting what you deserve

Cons

1. Since company is just 3 years old, not all the processes are in place but they happen as and when setting up one becomes a necessity 2. Its not a 9 to 5 job. Sometimes you leave in 5 hours but at some other times you don't go home until midnight

Pros

Doesn't have any pros, literally. Maybe free food at the office.

Cons

14-16 hour workdays are considered standard, you are lucky if you end your day after 12 hours. Very bad management, doesn't even respect their own offer letter. Forget about hikes, they promise one thing and do completely opposite. Instead of 2 hikes in 1 year, they roll out 1 hike in 2 years. All these positive reviews are forced / coerced by the HR team. Toxic work culture

Pros

-Will gain good amount of exposure to Analytics domain -Rapid learning - Will recommend the company for freshers (less than 3years exp). For above 3years experience, trade off your time at a better place

Cons

Aggressive culture and bit toxic. Employees work 12-14 hours work every day. In Retail account, the employees work almost every waking hour 3-4times a week (8.30a.m - 2a.m) Employees physical health deteriorates faster than the momentary plus work experience gain. Reason for Heavy attrition. Existing employees very rarely refer their friends here, for a big reason. Even the senior management doesn't recommend nor refer their circle here. Variable part of salary is not paid in full and salary hikes are not transparent.
