It has been almost three months of me being employed with Tredence. From what I have seen during this time is that we have an exceptional team of Developers. Management is good. Everyone is helpful. Literally you can talk to seniors if you ever get stuck and they will make sure to make time and help you out. They are very approachable. HR team is good and the policies are employee friendly. Proper planning and new techs are always encouraged. Company is also helping in earning certifications to further help in my future growth. They give proper time to learn and excel in career. Icing on the cake is that We have got 3 days of Wellness leaves per month to sustain our tech burnouts. Overall I believe it’s a very good company and I love it here.
