Fantastic Culture, Great value system. Open, Informal and Respectful environment. People are very supportive. Great Leadership - People from respectable backgrounds. Founders are always available for guidance and support. Superb learning opportunities both onsite and offshore. Project rotations are abound and consulting environment provides a lot to learn at all times. Growing fast and helping people build their careers

Nothing to report as such. People talk of work life balance but there is no such issue. You work smart and you have enough personal time.
