      The only good thing about the company was food.

      Cons

      1. EVERYTHING. Don't trust the positive reviews. They are mostly written by some HR, since there are so many HRs in this company. 2. Most of my colleagues whose profiles are of BA, don't get to do a BA's work. This company makes you do a SE's work and you end up working as a mediocre SE with slight knowledge of this and that and no knowledge of data analysis. 3. Long working hours. Some days you'll have to work for 15-16. 12-14 hrs everyday is a minimum here. 4. They fired a lot of employees recently due to the pandemic. The workload was already too high and now it's unbearable. 5. Too many HRs. I don't really understand what's the need of so many HRs!

      Your meals would be taken care by the company.

      Cons

      There isn't a good management who knows what work is suitable for which employee. It is not a pleasant place to work and grow in terms of learning. Above all the middle management is a real pain, hell lot of politics, they cannot handle talented people.
