Low increment below 10% Management doesn’t keep their words Spends money on new locations and marketing promotions but unable to provide salary with market standards. Not enough projects currently and they are keep on hiring lvl 1 folks from the college and they sit on the bench for close to a year as they are not ready for industry nd following which they get silently layed off. I know quite a few folks from lvl 1 to lvl 3 positions which are not happy about their compensation and are not earning which was promised to them in their offer letters or performance measure
