      Good for freshers in terms of learning | worst HR department

      learning and development , upskilling, hybrid model, events

      Cons

      worst HR department (unable to communicate and resolve issue) biased CTC structure, (for same role different CTC) poor appraisal (without any clearification regarding your performance) limited project opportunity.(you might feel stuck in non-impactful projects, and it's difficult to get a released from those projects). Some of the managers(onsite/offshore both) don't have much clearity on the project/ technical requirements, and unable to communicate properly within internal teams

      Pros

      - Good opportunities for Data Engineers, AI-ML Engineers and Technology consultants to learn and work on some cutting edge technologies in the market - Great food (free) and cool office

      Cons

      - Late evening calls - Micromanagement by project leads (based on my experience) - Random allocation of projects irrespective of your experience, skillset or expertise and then expectations to perform - No work life balance at all (if you are looking for one then please don't join this place). Daily late evening calls - Pay is not that great based on the volume of work that you end up doing everyday - Not good for business analytics consulting (projects more inclined towards Data Engineering and IT related work) - Too much pressure from onsite folks - Client friendly organization instead of employee friendly

      Work from home, client exposure, supportive DS leadership

      Cons

      Data engineering leadership is very biased and only promotes selected few folks. Hard-working talent had and will eventually leave the firm due to rude directors, SVPs. Also, yearly increments are very disappointing and there are no standard policies and depends upon how close the person is to leadership. No perks and benifits.
