Meeting people at the airport to gain an in for a better mainline company

Trego is a contracted company which means they work flights through contracts, which also means you don’t fly for free. The costs of fees for standby is almost the same price as a guaranteed confirmed seat. Management is unprofessional and toxic. Supervisors and leads and manipulative, lazy, liars, and will do anything to protect themselves. I was called stupid on a full flight in front of crew members. The flight crew members reported it, and I reported it to HR and was retaliated against. HR is a joke along with all their systems. You work with broken hardware and systems. You’re assigned bag belts that the mainline airlines don’t use because it doesn’t work. You’re given printers and computers that break every 4-5 passengers. Since working for this company I’ve seen them lose 2 contracts in one airport from different airlines. DO NOT WORK FOR TREGO DUGAN.
