      Pros

      Trek has been nearly everything I had hoped for. I grew up in small town Wisconsin, I take great pride in where I come from and what I do, Trek has been a perfect match for me. The culture is amazing, some really great people to work with and I love the direction/vision. Oh and they throw some great parties/rides too!

      Cons

      Workload. Compensation, money isn't everything but its still something and can't be ignored. Trek is a great place to work, but its not the only one.

      LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Truly a team atmosphere! We can take a bike ride in the middle of the day if we want. Showers available after workouts. Wellness coach, clinic and cafe on-site. Teammates are helpful and friendly! Great benefits!

      I don't have any, just wish I would've started my career here!
