      Pros

      This is a great place to work because there is a real investment into the success of it's employees, which in turn, makes our company successful. They offer amenities to make it a pleasure to come to work such as a fitness studio and classes, top-notch cafe and casual atmosphere. While we are casual here, it does not mean our work is. Along with the liberty of coming to work in shorts and working out or riding at lunch, you are expected to perform and do your job. We are expected to keep our company the best in class. A fair trade in my eyes.

      Cons

      It's in a rural setting, so not a lot of variety for dining or activities close to the main office. However, that's a pro if you like to ride your bike. There are plenty of country roads to explore! Being a large company, sometimes it takes a little longer to get projects completed.
