      Pros

      Health Business and work culture. Great communication, discounts, and work life balance. The people here are passionate and that is contagious!,

      Cons

      Trek's location although loyal to the original small town should be relocated to Madison. Most of the work force is located there and would really promote a solid bike culture. All of our visitors have to make the trip all the way out here as well as most of our entertaining and trade shows happen in Madison.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of nice benefits (good on-site cafe, fitness center with classes, on-site clinic, etc.), mountain bike trails and aligns well with those who lead an active lifestyle (cyclists, runners, etc.). ESOP program that has continued to earn well in my years here.

      Cons

      Compensation is on the lower-end of what you can get elsewhere for a similar job. This is balanced a bit with the ESOP and other benefits, but can be a factor.

      Pros

      It's a wonderful work environment. There is a family like atmosphere that brings people together to change the bicycle industry. More and more offices, Domestically and Internationally are growing to create a clean, enjoyable and accommodating work environment. Each day, is a great day at the best bike company!

      Cons

      I don't have any negatives to state at this time.
