Pros

A company with a well-defined work culture, with a very good product management ethic and a high level products. You get a good learning experience about the products you sell or handle. There is a positive internal motivation to maintain a good level of knowledge.

Cons

Although there is talk that you can make a career in the company, when you ask about your growth possibilities, you receive very little and not very clear information about it. Salaries are lower than in other companies in the same field. Pros

Free coffee. Food/lunch often provided by trek. Healthy environment. Happy people making others happy. Amazing discounts on clothing, bike equipment and bikes for any type of cyclist. Very organized in terms of business. Very organized and clean store. Hospitality 15/10 (amazing). No as*hole policy(we can turn away a customer if they have been mean/rude/disrespectful/rac*st/homophob*c/etc.). Company’s values. Amazing co-workers. Is never really hard to punch in, you almost truly want to be there. If you are into cycling/bike tech this is one of the top top places to work in the world.

Cons

Quite strict on clothing; anything from waist up Must be a trek product (caps, hats, shirts, sweaters). Only half an hour lunch. This might or might not be a cons for some people: Full time employees get 35-45hours/7days(no more) and can only work 5days per week of 7days(can never spread out our hours over 6 days to have less work/day and stay more focused overall)
