Not many I can think of, it's door-to-door sales with little reward.

Cons

Knocking on hundreds of doors to get one interested party.

Pros

Management good people to work for. Really tried to give latitude.

Cons

Pay very low compared to industry. Daily commute too far in relation to territory.

Pros

The environment is positive and encouraging...truly a 'team' environment that celebrates both the individual and the overall organization. Everyone has a voice and is heard. The opportunities to grow are only limited by the business itself...as the company grows, opportunity is shared with everyone.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like we're moving too fast...I haven't been around long enough to know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Office is a great place to connect with others and share ideas, but too confined to get a lot of work done (phone calls, meetings, etc.)
