Pros

Upper Management who you report to all are very kind and easy to get along with. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Terrible training. The company basically throws you out to defend yourself after just two or three weeks. The territory that you work in has already been worked on by people in the past. It's a sink or swim kind of approach. For an experienced sales rep, this isn't the place to be. Extremely high-turnover. I was only there for a few months and I saw so many people quit or get let go. Very saturated industry with so much competition.

More support, coaching and training than any organization I have worked for in the past. Executive team plays a huge part in the growth and success of the teams. Culture and People are fantastic, great work life balance and the growth opportunity is awesome. If you work hard you can grow with the company

Cons

I do not have a bad thing to say about my first year with this growing organization
