Pros
I left a very large corporate company that is known all over the country and even the world to join the Trelevate team. What really appealed to me was that they wanted to invest in me and not me just investing into Trelevate. I was stuck at the company I was at before with no room of growth that is another thing that helped with my decision to join the team was that they have a career development program and I can grow into the professional I want to be. From the day I started to today I cannot express how happy I am and that I made the decision to come aboard the team here at Trelevate.
Cons
I have to agree this job does have its challenges but it is up to the individual to take what they have learned from the training that was provided and apply it to their everyday task. As long as you have motivation, drive and determination you will be successful at Trelevate
