Management and co-workers are unparalleled. There is a family atmosphere that I have never experienced anywhere else, and a high level of integrity with regards to helping people become their best selves..."elevating" them, whether within the organization or (as in my case) allowing them to follow an opportunity outside of the organization. I'd work for them again in a minute.
Cons
Two things: One, Trelevate's clients tend to be in high volume, high intensity industries that require new employees to hit the ground running. The upside is that you learn quickly and there's a fair level of patience to help people get off the ground. The downside is that sometimes the clients expectations versus market reality are not evenly matched, and turnover results. Second, compensation packages, while fair IF achieved, are pretty entry level for skilled sales and marketing folks.
