      Good team to work with but very low compensation

      Good team to work with.

      Cons

      Very low compensation, 40 - 50 doors a day is too much. Not enough time to negotiate with the customers. The electricity and gas rates are in average higher than other companies. I did't like the idea of door to door sale, there are other ways to be selective and more productive.

      Pros

      Trelevate is everything you want in a company and more. Ryan and Paul are extremely helpful and knowledgable. The company acts as a family and I am so lucky to be a part of it. This is the only company I have worked for that actually stayed true to their mission and truly care about their employees. The hours are flexible, the pay is great and the benefits are good as well. I highly recommend this job.
