Sales Consultants are at the mercy of the energy rates they can offer customers - if they're below the utility, you can make sales. If not, it's a very hard sale unless you find an uninformed customer to take advantage of (and you're unfairly compared to markets/sales consultants in a favorable position). No diversity. Disconnected leadership. One client that dictates all!
