      Pros

      One of the best environments I've been part of for someone who wants to build a career in sales. You're set up to succeed from day one — the onboarding and training are genuinely strong, so you're not left to figure it out alone. The harder you work, the more you earn, and effort actually gets recognized here. Leadership is approachable and invested in seeing people grow, and there's a real path forward for anyone who shows up and performs. The energy is high, the goals are clear, and you're surrounded by people who want to win and want you to win too. If you're motivated and coachable, it's a place where you can grow fast.

      It's a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, so it suits people who are self-motivated and energized by hitting targets more than those wanting something slow-paced.

      Management is clueless and pay is terrible

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      They pay you nothing and even when you sell something, they find a way not to pay you. They micro-manage. They "lead" by fear and imitation. Management, from ownership down, is clueless. Worst experience of my life.
