      Pros

      I had to post because Trelevate hasn't had to let anyone go or cut salaries during this time and right now they are actually hiring! The fact that they are still going strong is a testament to their Matrix like adaptability, product and process knowledge, relationship with their teams and clients and of course, their general awesomeness and dedication to their company and employees.

      Cons

      Processes can change daily but that is expected in this environment. They clearly communicate with teams when this happens

      Pros

      Upper Management who you report to all are very kind and easy to get along with. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. Terrible training. The company basically throws you out to defend yourself after just two or three weeks. The territory that you work in has already been worked on by people in the past. It's a sink or swim kind of approach. For an experienced sales rep, this isn't the place to be. Extremely high-turnover. I was only there for a few months and I saw so many people quit or get let go. Very saturated industry with so much competition.

We pride ourselves on our training and strive to be efficient so we can get our sales people into the field sooner rather than later, so they can start making commissions.
