      Newer Sales Rep and really like this job

      Pros

      I'm fairly new and raw to the sales gig and this is a great place to start. I struggled early on and management has really supported me. They could have let me flop on my own, but they provided great support and more. I'm not sure I'll ever be a top performer, but that is all on me.

      Cons

      Healthcare plan with a family...not good. Mileage reimbursement would help greatly.

      Pipe dream....

      Pros

      great coworkers...and good coffee and snacks soda was free too its a big deal cause your going to starve.

      Cons

      you will make about 600 every to weeks and spend 200 in gas over that time they claim you will make 10k a month but cant seem to find one sales rep there that is having any success to feed off of and learn. getting a quote for a sale is impossible and turnover rate is amazing almost everyday we would lose someone, even when you have a sale this company can not come up with a price quote for customer but holds sales reps accountable.

      Great opportunity to grow with a growing company

      Pros

      Local management is fantastic. They provide you with the freedom to do your thing, but are always there if you need any help. This job is almost like running your own business. No micromanagement with great support. There is a direct correlation between what you make and what you put into this job.

      Cons

      A higher base would be great, but the upside in commissions are definitely there.
