Pros

Very supportive environment and leadership seems to really care about everyone. Great leadership that is focused on the big picture of doing right by their employees, customers, and business partners. Lots of ongoing training and a good meeting cadence to help team feel connected and supported.

Cons

Some territories have been thoroughly worked by several previous people and require a lot more driving time between remaining potential customers, which makes it challenging to hit expected activity and sales numbers.

Trelevate represents multiple companies, so you have quite a bit of possible advancement, or lateral move options

Cons

a lot of windshield time, depending on where you live.

Very proactive Nice spiffs and bonuses Constant communication from the entire team Base pay

Cons

It looks very difficult for all the markets to get Tier 2, and very few executives get to Tier 2 as far as I've seen. The team is in constant change. Very few people manage to stay more than 3 months.
