Pros

There are a lot of different types of work going on at Treliant so it is easy to get exposure to different practice areas and decide what interests you. The majority of the people at Treliant are easy to get along with/work with. Treliant is very good about giving people closer to entry-level important tasks/assignments.

Cons

Working for a consulting company can mean a lot of travel, and Treliant is no different. It's just the nature of the profession, unfortunately.

Pros

They have a very open, receptive, and collaborative culture. Approach anyone in the office and express interest. Be inquisitive. They are always ready to help and if not, they will most definitely refer you to someone who can. Fast paced environment.

Cons

There may be times when a lot is not going on. Being far more entrepreneurial myself, I would have preferred being able to provide advice or input that received either constructive criticism or was considered rather than brushed aside. That is a large part of employee growth and is definitely something that Treliant should work on.
