you do work with some amazing kids!

Cons

pay is poor. some supervisors aren’t as attentive, some are. regional director doesn’t do enough as far as making sure staff isn’t burned out.

My first ABA job

Pros

The center was great. There was always opportunity to work on admin things when there was client cancellations. Great place to get your foot through the door and learn about ABA. The BCBA's were pretty good and helpful.

Cons

The clinical director chose favorites so it made it hard to climb up in the field as well as receive raises. Pay was pretty low compared to other ABA companies.
