      The hours that you request are not always guaranteed (client cancellations/client availability) so pay is not the same every week

      Great clients Great coworkers Quick to give pay increases for your time spent there Can set your own time frame of when during the day you want to work

      Cons

      Awkward hours (have to be available for 10 hours yet maybe only work 6-8) Hit or miss supervisors Unhelpful management that will leave you feeling unheard or overlooked Will change your client or your schedule at the drop of a hat
