      Good benefits and nice offices

      Cons

      Managers think they’re ruling but they suck in managing and the Owner doesn’t care or have no clue what’s going on, all he care is make more money and get contracts that’s why they’re always hiring.

      Interesting Place for Development Work

      Lots of interesting technology development in communications Figured out how to make cool small products and build them Good environment for playing with small scale hardware, comms software, and comms networking The customer problems being solved are super interesting Good place for young talent - lots of opportunities to learn

      Flat organization makes it difficult to advance Engineering likes to focus on next thing rather than stabilizing the current thing Management tends to ignore problems Company has grown slowly and doesn't seem to want to change Senior management don't seem to have much work-life balance
