      Pros

      Great products and technology. Many bright colleagues in both engineering and management. (very good stud/dud ratio) A great place to gain domain knowledge and cross-train if you are inclined.

      Pros

      The technology developed here is awesome. There are also some awesome teams that can really get stuff done.

      Cons

      The company structure is relatively flat, but management is almost completely segregated from engineering. There is a ton of management, yet they seem to not understand customers at all and have no vision for growth, so it makes it difficult to engineer the right solutions. The company is very resistant to change and always claims to be making changes for the better without taking tangible action.
