      Innovative, fun, exciting work - TrellisWare is a mid-sized company with a startup feel to it

      While the work is exciting, it is sometimes very busy. But the work schedule is generally flexible

      Pros

      Great team and HR with in tune management. Fantastic Insurance benefits (best I have ever seen). The product is complex and interesting and challenging. I loved working here.

      Cons

      Average salary but no real great long term retention bonuses or stock incentive. There is an ESPP plus you can get a yearly retention bonus but the pay gets out paced fairly quickly. I was forced to leave after a few years due to my market value being so much higher elsewhere.
