Pros

Fun people to work with. Very laid back atmosphere. Good benefits (pension, 401K, medical, vision, eye, alternative medicine discount). Opportunity to travel. Vacation time when you first start. You can learn a lot if you're under the right people. Pay for schooling related to your position.

Cons

Somewhat disorganized. Some upgrades needed (cubicles, lighting, conference rooms, laboratory etc.). High turnover rate. Management needs work. Hiring the right people for the right positions seems to be difficult.

Tremco continues to grow as it has over the last decade.

Pros

Cares about its employees and opportunities created due to grow. Was a small division of a larger corporation now is a 1.2 billion part of the RPM family of companies. People here care about our customers.

Cons

All the normal growing pains coupled with the yin and yang of centralized and decentralized. Could use a little more sense of urgency.

Pros

The products are excellent and the coworkers are good people.

Cons

Leadership in a particular area is becoming abusive. Goals change every week without direction and then he blames others when it's not done. Staff aren't given any accolades, just more work hours and demands. Discrimination among older workers is starting to become rampant. Archaic employee review system is in place.
