Business Outlook
Pros
They have a great company culture. CSW is a growing division with new positions regularly added. There is a good mix of ages, skill sets, and experience. Employees work very hard to get the job done. There's plenty of opportunity to grow and advance (managing projects, working with other departments, etc). If you work hard and do well, they will recognize that and continue to move you forward.
Cons
Some policies are a bit outdated (vacation, flex time, casual work environment, etc). Also, employees can work from home, but when you do, there can be a negative view on it.
