1. Pretty good stipend for remote researchers 2. Will be given a direct mentor who is usually highly skilled

1. Work is not at all representative of Quant Research and is meaningless fore intern industry transfers 2. Work life depends from mentor to mentor. Some are super chill and others will make it difficult to live
