Pros

1. You are one man army in your field so it would be best to get out of your self and expand your own capability & knowledge. 2. If you are creative and have lots of ideas going in your head than it's your place to work. 3. It's not the place where you do the same things again & again for years & years. 4. The staff you got is the best as there is a friendly environment between us. 5. You get to know what you are doing on a daily basis to expand your knowledge and where your career is going with it. 6. If you get stuck in your work or ideas there is help from everyone's side CEO too. 7. If you have plans, ideas, you can discuss with Seniors & CEO

Cons

1. As the staff is less than 20 so you have be nice with everyone. 2. Sometimes your mentality your thoughts doesn't match so it's hard to explain what you are facing. 3. Only 2nd and 4th Saturday off 4. Salary hike after 1 year 5. No overtime benefits 6. You have to come on 1,3,5 Saturday 7. There is no job security you can get fired anytime as per policy 8. No encouragement for employee 9. No support for religious festivals

Good for Freshers, No bonds required, You get exposure to real work quickly. Get to talk with the CEO on a regular basis, so we have a good understanding of growth approach of the company Get to work on professional and skillful tasks.

Cons

There should be a good viable Company Policy (Both Employees and Employer) Need to structurize Leave Policy better Second shift has to work on Saturdays too Need to Compensate for overtime No company Benefits are there.
