- Good learning experience - Good for freshers - No bonds. - Nice friendly environment. - Staffing is good - CEO is good and helpful for everyone.

Cons

- Only 2nd and 4th Saturday is off in the month. - Workload. - Not getting all government holidays.

Pros

Great atmosphere with a responsive environment, Flexible shift timing which I have never seen for USA alteration. The superlative in the Organization is we have direct communication with our head of the company who always share the new ideas, guide us and help us in our work.

Cons

Still, I have not seen any drawback in the company.
