They offer benefits like health, dental, vision, and 491K.

Cons

No work/life balance if you are a GM. Expected to cover any and all shifts to keep the store open 24/7. Always short staffed and there is an extremely high turnover rate.

The owners are good people and company is good. But more cons than pros.

Cons

Salary is a joke compared to other companies. Everyone is greatly underpaid. HR is terrible. They don’t care about their employees/co workers. Only care about how the company is seen. Turnover is high. A lot of favoritism. Find somewhere else to work.
