Too many cooks in the kitchen, zero servant leadership

Executive leadership is full of egos. The workplace will often refer to their core values and terms like "servant leadership" but the reality is the execs made an unrealistic budget and will bark and scream when things don't go their way. There is no cross-functional communication between departments. Each business unit tends to operate independently and the leaders point fingers at each other when things don't get done. And when a few particular managers don't get their way, they just go down the exec hallway to cry and throw people under the bus. We all work together. We are all one team. And we are all doing our best. It is demoralizing and demotivating when you constantly go above and beyond your role but the leaders of this company just play politics and bend the rules to get their way. There is so much irony with the "Strive for balance" core value is in the break room and the Pac-Man arcade game that is turned off, tilted to the side, and unusable on the same wall.
