Benefits are awesome. Pay is good. There have been adjustments with the environment - but overall not bad. Everyone I have dealt with are helpful and great to work with - really enjoy it here.

Cons

Nothing here at the company .. But Polis and liberal control of our natural resources is not doing any favors for state and economy.

Cons

Old school now trying to be "corporate." Management is promoted "over their heads." Limited growth or movement potential. HR does not correct bad supervisor issues. Is going though downsizing pains; cutting pensions, etc.
