People I work with are great. Compensation and Benefits are great.

Cons

Savings for the company has resulted in less employee functions. Old school promotions based on time no performance.

A train wreck waiting to happen

Pros

Cooperative principles - doing good things that IOU's would not do because it is not profitable.

Cons

Executive staff: Turning into sheep. They know they are making bad decisions and are prepared to walk off the cliff. Say one thing and do another. Not timely - speak in terms that are indecisive regarding upcoming changes going to happen months before it does. Causing undue stress and reducing morale.
