Pros

Excellent benefits and great people to work with. Generally a positive company culture that welcomes all employees. Good life/work balance.

Cons

Too little work in some cases and a great deal of repetition with employees (common for the electric industry).

Pros

Pension, culture, leadership. Great place for people with families with great benefits and reasonable work schedules. They have competitive salaries also.

Cons

Takes a while to build up vacation time for new employees, not as flexible with work schedules and work from home options. Can be slow to change.
