Business Outlook
Pros
50 percent remote work option even though upper management would prefer everyone back in office full time. Salary is below average but insurance is decent. New hires are no longer included in pension plan, they just have 401k option.
Cons
Business outlook for this company is poor. They are a “cooperative “ and their largest member just left with 20% of the income stream. Downgraded by Moody, CEO keeps talking about getting Federal monies for renewables and R&D, but all that talk is really about getting handouts to stay a float. This company has no interest in renewables outside of being forced to do it. If you are starting a career look somewhere else. I don’t think there will be much left of Tri-State in 5 years.
