I’ve worked in the Tri state horizons office in both Cincinnati and Columbia SC. The clear career development path and the support provided by the management team have been instrumental in my professional growth.
Cons
Having to travel with my team to different cities around the US. I love traveling so this was an added bonus for me. Company paid travel, Yes please!

Pros
You are made to work 12 hours a day 6 days a week. You are constantly fed mind numbing rhetoric and told you are not working hard enough. The bullying tactics make you dread going to work and that's the good part
Cons
They don't pay on time. Still waiting to get my first two pay checks. The answer I get from the owner is I don't know where they are. Let me pay you through zelle. THIS IS HORSE CRAP!!!!! Time to call the attorney General and report workplace abuse.
