Business Outlook
Pros
Upper management spends a lot of time trying to get their employees. They occasional take us out to eat, or around downtown to get to know us.
Cons
Since they don't hire outside for hire positions, they are constantly trying to push you to hirer positions in company. They will pop out of no where offering training, and attempt to gauge if you can "handle more postions" But if you happy in you position you just have to tell them that, but that doesn't mean they won't pop up to ask you to attend or try out so of the responsibilities.
