      You're close to family, and benefits are not bad. they are trying to learn to navigate in the changing healthcare system

      The is too much micro management and very top heavy. Low pay when compared to national averages

      Pros

      The work day is always different and my coworkers were well-trained and respectful. Supervisor feedback during monthly meetings was helpful and genuine. The benefits are also very convenient.

      Cons

      Pay raises are nonexistent, so it's hard to grow into a livable wage.

      Autonomy to work on independent projects.

      Cons

      Too many projects occurr simultaenously and cause stops and starts due to miscommunication between upper and lower levels. Power to designate given to those who don't fully understand scope or processes.
