Pros

Health insurance PPO plan is good. Employer matching on 401k is good.

Cons

Top heavy company. Too much work for too little pay. Fill positions based on friendships. Put poor people in leadership who have no people skills and are micro managers.

Townhall was a complete JOKE !

I get to work in a field that I went to school for

They lie about salary adjustments. The four executives that spoke during townhall read prewritten statements that talked to us like we are children. Morale is so bad. My Director said that the horrible environment comes from the CEO and it is not going to get any better as long as she is in charge.
