Pros

This is a great company! There is great potential in an ever changing industry. Treat employees great, and a great work environment.

Cons

Parking can be tricky as we have so many employees. However this is a great problem to have!

Pros

The only real positive is the people you work with. They help make the job bearable.

Cons

This company promotes people to a supervisor role with no real experience who provides little to no help when needed. Instead of offering support, there's constant micromanaging and obvious favoritism, making the work environment frustrating. The on-call schedule is chaotic, with little regard for employees' work-life balance.

Pros

Helping people, interesting work, good work environment. Leadership is great and organized. Good message for team and very forward thinking.

Cons

Burnout comes easily due to a lot of work to do and not enough people to do it. Responsible people end up doing more and more and get burnt out quickly.

Pros

Fast paced hands on training for someone who truly desires experience in a clinical laboratory. Helping doctors save patients is the only thing that kept me going day to day.

Cons

Very poor management, poor communications company wide, toxic work environments, extremely short staffed and limited amount of people working very unreasonable amounts of hours making this job a hazard to ones self as well as to the patients' lives that are on the line. I have never worked another job that was nearly as bad for my overall well-being as Tricore was. These labs operate solely for making Tricore money, the aspect of true patient care is completely non-existent here. The patient is not the priority and this is reflected by how Tricore neglects their staff and ignores real problems, instructing employees to basically keep it afloat in whichever way possible with no tools for success.

Pros

Coffee is free, sort of..

Cons

All decisions by very slow bureaucracy and emotional politics, no work/life balance, incompetent 'leadership', very poor pay and benefits, sexual harassment and discrimination towards men and older people is rampant 'but not officially endorsed', politics and gossip run this sinking ship and while someone laughingly thought TriCore was the 'healthiest place to work', I left with a bleeding stomach ulcer, high bp, brux, stress induced hives, psychological problems.. things I didn't have when I was hired.
