      Pros

      Pay and benefits are the only pros.

      Cons

      The most toxic place you will work. Coworkers and culture are not inviting or constructive. Accusations, drama, and sky high turnover👎🏽. Training was so lackluster. Leads positions go empty for long periods of time. To sum things up, there is really a bad morale that just permeates through the entire department.
