Its all about the bottom dollar, not not patients or the staff. Trihealth is the lowest paying facility around, not competitive pay at all, raises are not based individual performance but, units. For TriHealth its about how many patients can you see per hour, not quality care.

Lousy paid time off, too many "TriHealth initiatives", lack of management at the office level, goes above and beyond for patients but treats employees poorly
