Small hospital environment where everyone knows you by name.

Cons

Leadership and Management need to adapt to change, culture and values of their employees. Too many 35 plus years of service employees "Practicing" behind the time policies and procedures.

small hospital and understanding of family emergencies

Cons

Because its a small hospital there are more related co workers and friends. That they can get away with anything and not be corrected. They are NOT diverse they are trying to become diverse but you have a lot of people stuck in their old ways
