I really love my coworkers and my direct boss was very easy to talk to and was always willing to listen and take care of any issues that we needed assistance with.

Cons

My department wasn't the best. The hospitals and updated physicians offices have a very different feel to them. It was very hard to be heard by upper management. They tend to ignore problems even when we have figured out solutions that would benefit everyone. People who have been there for a long time tended to take advantage of me when I first started.

People are friendly. We get sent alot of emails from the exes saying we do a good job.

Cons

Starting to be more about the money rather than about the patients. Communication is bad
